As the proportion of multicultural families and foreign workers continues to grow, local administrative agencies are facing an explosion of multilingual civil service inquiries across various fields, including residency, labor, daily life, welfare, and health.

However, limitations were clear: due to language barriers, restricted working hours, and staff shortages, "information exists but is unreachable by the community."

To solve this problem, one local government introduced the AI-based Multilingual Civil Service Manager, ‘RebridgeX,’ to implement administrative services that transcend language and time differences, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
