TERMS OF SERVICE

RebridgeX Terms of Service

Effective date: October 29, 2026 · Version 1.0

This is an English translation of the Korean-language terms that govern the service. Where this translation and the Korean original differ, the Korean version controls.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of EnJoyStreet ("the Company") and users of the AI-based customer support service "RebridgeX" ("the Service"), along with other matters necessary for using the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" means the AI chatbot-based customer support solution provided by the Company, together with its related admin console (app.rebridgex.com), widget install code, analytics features, and all related functions.
  • "User" means a business (and its personnel) that enters into a usage agreement with the Company under these Terms and uses the Service.
  • "Tenant" means the unique service-usage unit (account system) issued to a User upon sign-up.
  • "Content" means all information a User uploads or registers through the Service, including knowledge documents, settings, and conversation data.

Article 3 (Effect and amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service or otherwise announced to Users. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, and will announce any amendment within the Service, stating the effective date and reason, at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to Users).

Article 4 (Scope of the Service)

The Company provides the following:

  • AI chatbot customer support grounded in knowledge documents registered by the User
  • A chat widget for website installation, with multilingual support
  • Conversation-history lookup and an analytics dashboard via the admin console
  • Tiered features by plan, such as monthly conversation limits, number of channels, and supported languages
  • Any other service the Company develops or provides through partnerships

Article 5 (Formation of the usage agreement)

The usage agreement is formed when a User completes and submits the sign-up form within the Service and the Company approves it. The Company may withhold or decline approval in any of the following cases:

  • The application contains false information, omissions, or errors
  • The application was made using another person's identity
  • The application otherwise fails to meet the Company's sign-up requirements

Article 6 (Plans, billing, and refunds)

The Service is provided under plans set by the Company — STARTER, GROWTH, PRO, and others — and the price, features, and limits of each plan follow what is posted on the pricing page (pricing.html). Fees are billed monthly via the payment method (credit/debit card) registered by the User, automatically charged on the same date each month as the first payment. The Company will give advance notice of any plan change. For individually negotiated agreements such as the PRO plan, the specific contract governs billing and refund terms.

Refunds follow these rules:

  • If a refund is requested within 7 days of the first payment, and the User has not substantively used the Service (no knowledge documents registered, widget installed, or conversations handled), the full payment is refunded (per the right of withdrawal under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
  • If the Service was substantively used within that period, the payment is refunded after deducting a pro-rated amount for the period used and any costs the Company incurred as a result of that use.
  • If a User cancels a recurring subscription, no further charge is billed after cancellation, but the fee already charged for the current month is generally non-refundable — except where the withdrawal conditions above are met.
  • If a material defect in the Service, attributable to the Company, occurs or the Service is unavailable for a substantial period, the full amount for the remaining usage period is refunded regardless of fault on the User's part.
  • Refund requests can be submitted by email (info@enjoystreet.com) or through the admin console, and are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Article 7 (Restriction or suspension of the Service)

The Company may temporarily suspend or restrict the Service in any of the following cases:

  • Unavoidable maintenance, repair, or replacement of service infrastructure
  • Suspension of telecommunications service by a provider under the Telecommunications Business Act
  • A User uses the Service for an improper purpose or fails to pay fees owed
  • Force majeure, such as a natural disaster or emergency

Article 8 (Obligations of the User)

A User must not do any of the following:

  • Register false information during sign-up or when making changes
  • Use another person's information without authorization
  • Alter information posted by the Company without authorization
  • Transmit or post information other than what the Company has designated (e.g., computer programs)
  • Register as a knowledge document, or otherwise distribute through the Service, content that violates applicable law

Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company will not engage in conduct prohibited by law or these Terms, or conduct contrary to public order and morals, and will work to provide the Service continuously and stably. The Company will not disclose or distribute a User's personal information to third parties without consent, and will publish and comply with a privacy policy to protect personal information.

Article 10 (Intellectual property)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the Company. Rights to Content a User registers through the Service (such as knowledge documents) belong to the User, and the Company uses such Content only within the scope necessary to provide the Service.

Article 11 (Limitation of liability)

The Company is exempt from liability when it is unable to provide the Service due to a natural disaster or comparable force majeure event. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by a User's own fault, and, given the nature of AI-generated responses, does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of information provided. Important decisions should always be confirmed by a human.

Article 12 (Termination and restriction of use)

A User may request termination of the usage agreement at any time, within the Service or in writing, and the Company will process the request promptly as required by law. The Company may, after prior notice, restrict a User's use of the Service or terminate the agreement if the User violates these Terms.

Article 13 (Dispute resolution and jurisdiction)

Disputes between the Company and a User arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and are brought before the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

Supplementary provisions

These Terms take effect on October 29, 2026.

The refund provisions in Article 6 (Plans, Billing, and Refunds) apply from October 30, 2026.
